DICK WILD WINS FINGER LAKES OCTOBER 2007 HANDICAPPING FINALS WITH 9TH RACE LONGSHOT

Congratulations to Dick Wild for winning the October 2007 Finger Lakes Handicapping Finals!   John Kelly of West Henrietta, NY was leading by nearly $2000 in mythical winnings after nailing a 59 to 1 longshot (capped at 20:1) in the eighth race.  But in an incredible turn of events, Dick Wild overtook John Kelly in the 9th race by hitting a longshot of his own!   Dick Wild wins $1,000 in cash plus he earns a berth in the 2008 Horseplayer World Series in Las Vegas.  John Kelly takes home $600 for his effort.  Third place went to Michele Beer with a prize of $400.   The top ten winners may claim their prizes at Player Extras on the gaming floor.   Once again, congratulations to all our winners!  For more information on this and other events taking place at Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack, be sure to check our calender regularly!
