Food & Beverage Manager
Details: The successful candidate will:
- Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the creation and development of menu prices, beverage lists and prices.
- Responsible for selection of all condiments, linens, uniforms, and décor used within the facility.
- Oversee multiple restaurants and concession stands including fine dining, buffets, quick service, traditional concession stands, catering and banquets.
- Train and manage all front of the house staff in a multi-unit operation inside a gaming and racing environment.
- Handle all payroll and scheduling for front of house employees
- Establishes and maintains effective internal controls within the department.
Our Expectations: Candidate must have:
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Food & Beverage operations with a minimum of 1 year management experience is required.
- Associates Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management is preferred.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and organizational skills, knowledge of accounting/cost controls, and cash handling experience are all required.
- POS experience preferred.
- Must work nights and weekends.
