We look at the points you earn during our evaluation periods, not your current balance.  You can trade in all of your points, and we can still tell you what you earned!

VIP levels are based on play levels from designated 6-month periods of play. Current evaluation periods are November through April and May through October. Those that earn VIP status within those periods of time will retain it for the following six month period, during which status for the following six months is taking place.
