Point Redemption

Make sure you use your Player Extras Card every time you play or wager!

When you use your Player Extras Card while you play any Video Gaming Machine or present your card before you wager on any horse race, you can earn points toward great merchandise from our Player Extras catalog, food and beverage discounts, racing programs, daily racing forms, and much more!

   

 

We always have additional items that are available for point redemption, including gas cards, Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack clothing, and special closeout items.  Feel free to ask a Player Extras Associate for details.

Check your Points- You can check your point balance two ways:

  • Visit our Player Extras Booth located just inside the entrance to the gaming floor.  We're happy to look it up for you!
  • Simply insert your card into any video gaming machine.  The machine will greet you by name and tell you your balance!

Note:  Points accumulated from racing wagers are added to each account on the following day after the wagers are made.

Redeem your points - Trading your points in for merchandise, extra entries, gas cards, or racing programs is easy!  Simply visit the Player Extras Booth located just inside the main entrance to the gaming floor.  Photo ID is required for any transaction.  Please ask about our return policy, as it differs with various items.
