Senior Seminar "Aching to Know about Arthritis":  Joanne Insull, Program Director for the Arthritis Foundation, will discuss topics such as exercise, diet, pain management and reducing risk.  Seminar takes place at Sevens Sports Bar at 10:30am.  Space is limited.
