RACING HOURS OF OPERATION:
Gates open 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.* Monday through Thursday
Gates open 11:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.* Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
*Or when last scheduled simulcast race is complete
April 17 - November 1 - Live Racing Post Time is 1:10pm (12:35 on Fridays)
Beginning November 2 - December 5 - Post time moves to 12:15 p.m.
2009 marks the 48th consecutive year of thoroughbred racing at Finger Lakes. Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes region in Western New York, we’ve hosted over 62,000 horse races and entertained over 19 million fans since opening in 1962.
With a horse racing season that typically begins in mid-April and continues through November, Finger Lakes offers approximately 160 horse racing programs each season and simulcasting from America’s top tracks is available daily.
