FARMINGTON, N.Y. – Lovly Daniella was an upset winner of the 15th renewal of the $50,000 Jack Betta Be Rite Handicap at Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack on Saturday. The 8-1 outsider owned by Shining Starlite Racing completed the one mile and one-sixteenth route in a time of 1:48.52.

The 4-year-old filly made a wide move on the turn for home and sustained her rally to score the surprise victory. Jockey Dean Frates guided the eight-time winner to the three length win for trainer Michael S. Ferraro.
