Tim Snyder has a 2-year-old filly entered for Thursday’s sixth race. Saratogaatseventy will be the second horse conditioned by Snyder to race since he regained his trainer’s license earlier this year. Snyder’s other filly is expected to make her next start on September 2 at Saratoga. Lisa’s Booby Trap will compete on the grass for the first time in the $70,000 Riskaverse. She recently worked three furlongs in :35 over the turf training course at Saratoga. The $75,660 earner will also be featured in an upcoming "Dateline NBC" special. She is undefeated in her four career races. The Florida-bred won the $70,000 Loudonville Stakes by six lengths under jockey Kent Desormeaux in her most recent start on August 6.

Longshot(s) of the Week: Sonic Forever won Saturday’s fifth race despite having to break from post position ten. Jockey Jeremias Flores was able work out a ground saving trip with the 6-year-old mare despite starting the event from the extreme outside post. The James T. Wright-trainee earned the two and three-quarter length victory at odds of 12-1. The racing week concluded with Wilson Terrace scoring a gate-to-wire upset victory. The 12-1 outsider trained by Gary Least stole Tuesday’s ninth race by one length under jockey Joel Sone.

Jockey / Trainer News: The barn of Bruce Anderson heated up during the month of August. Anderson had a training double on Friday and then saddled a top three finisher in the $50,000 Leon Reed Memorial Handicap on Saturday. Hidden Expense rallied to be second in the annual stake at odds of 58-1.
